Since the early 1980s Control Gear has been involved in the stocking, distribution and servicing of Atlas Copco equipment and both companies now enjoy a strong working relationship.

Hydraulics
DESIGN, SUPPLY, SERVICE AND REPAIR
Since its formation in the late 1970s the Hydraulics Division has grown into the leading manufacturer, service provider and supplier of hydraulic equipment in South Wales. This has been achieved by continual improvements in levels of service offered to the end customer.
The Hydraulics division offers a wide variety of Fluid Power Equipment and an unbiased approach to all Hydraulic Solutions.

Control Gear in Partnership with The Parker Group has been awarded Hydraulic Technology Centre (HTC) status in Wales. The HTC status allows us access to over 1,400 product lines within the Parker Hannifin Corporation.
Control Gear can also offer a comprehensive design facility for all bespoke and turn-key projects using the latest CAD technology. At our Treforest office we also run a 24-hour service and repair facility, using the very latest monitoring and data logging equipment.

In terms of pump and spray equipment, Control Gear are distributors for some of the largest manufacturers in the business these include Graco UK and Aro Ingersoll Rand. Products include diaphragm pumps, barrel pumps, air assisted and hvlp electrostatic spray systems. To complement these, the division offers a complete range of spray booths and ovens. Ancillary products and equipment include:
Shot blasting equipment and spares
Industrial Floor paints
Machine quick dry enamels
Trade Paints
NEDERMAN
Control Gear are the official distributors for the supply and installation for Nederman Extraction Systems. Systems include dust, fume, and extraction ranging from hi vac systems for complete factory, office clean up. Also wide ranges of portable units for use on General clean up, or point of source extraction.
Control Gear supply a vast range of hose reels from 5m-30m in length, special hose reels are available on request.
